Delivery Policy

1. Introduction

1.1    In this policy we set out details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website.

1.2    This policy is a legally binding document, and this policy shall form part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Free delivery

2.1    We offer free Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm to mainland UK addresses on all orders over GBP 50 (including VAT) subject to a maximum weight of 2 kg including postage and packaging. Postage fees above 2 kg is covered in clause 5.3 below. Trillion Peak reserves the right to at any time to withdraw the free next day delivery special offer without notice.

2.2    We offer free Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed, Royal Mail International Signed or various other delivery services on international orders over £200. The choice of service is at our discretion and could include services including DPD, UPS, MyHermes International or other suitable services. The offer is available globally except to excluded countries including but not limited to Afghanistan, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Isle of Man, Kiribati, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Syria, Wallis and Futuna, Yemen and Zimbabwe. Trillion Peak reserves the right to amend the list or withdraw the service at anytime without notice.

2.3    All other orders will be subject to delivery charges as detailed in Section 5.

3. Geographical limitations

3.1    We will usually be able to deliver to the following countries and territories: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Delivery is not available to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.

3.2    We offer international delivery to other countries and territories. Customers can select their shipping address during the checkout process for the relevant shipping fee to be added.

Postage to addresses in North and South American, Europe, parts of Africa, the Middle East and the Far East and Australasia is usually available for delivery. If shipping is not offered during checkout, please contact us for assistance stating your query. In no way, does the offer of sale or the listing of the countries and territories above state Trillion Peak is legally bound to provide orders and delivery to the said or other destinations.

3.3    International customers will be fully responsible for any import and/or duty fees associated with their order at their shipping destination country. You take full responsibility with no liability to us to handle all customs procedures including paperwork, forms, clearance, communication with authorities before and after shipment and other necessary procedures or actions in regard to your order.

4. Delivery methods and periods

4.1    The methods that we use to deliver our products, and the time periods within which delivery is usually completed, are as follows:

if your delivery address is on the United Kingdom mainland, the default delivery service is Free Next Day Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm as stated above, and the typical period for delivery of orders by this method is 1 working day. Delivery does not include weekends. Orders made on a weekend will be posted as soon as possible and in almost all circumstances be the following working day, Monday when postal services are available. 4.2    If you place your order by 2pm GMT on a working day, these time periods run from the close of business on that day; if you place your order after 2pm GMT on a working day, or on a non-working day, these time periods run from the close of business on the next following working day.

4.3    The delivery periods set out in this Section 4 are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.

4.4    We may conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product, and these checks may delay your delivery. If the delivery is likely to be delayed as a result of fraud screening checks, we will notify you.

4.5     If your order is an international order, delivery times vary. For example, Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe in 3 to 5 working days and deliver to the Rest of World in 5 to 7 working days. Other services typically aim for 5 to 8 working days for global delivery.

4.6     The delivery services we use are set out in Clause 2.2 above.

5. Delivery charges

5.1    Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process, or alternatively quoted by us.

5.2    Applicable delivery charges will for the time being be free of charge up to the stated weight limit of 2 kg for UK orders of more than £50 or for international orders over £200. Trillion Peak reserves the right to revise delivery charges or methods of delivery at any time without notice. Any possible future delivery charges will depend upon the delivery method you select, the location of the delivery address, and the size and weight of the products in your order.

5.3      Our delivery charges are as follows:

5.3.1   In respect of UK Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, the delivery charge for an order more than 2 kg (which is over the free 2 kg limit) including postage and packaging and up to 2.5 kg is £7.45. For orders up to 3 kg, delivery is £8.75 and orders up to 4 kg delivery is £11.20. Orders between 4.01 kg and 5 kg is £19.95 and orders between 5.01 kg and 6 kg is £22.40. For orders below £50, a postage fee of £4.25 will be added during checkout for the Royal Mail Second Class Signed For service. The weight limit is 2 kg with a compensation cover of up to £50.

5.3.2   For international orders below £200, the charges are as follows:

To Royal Mail’s Europe zone, for up to 500 grams the charge is £13, for between 500 grams and 750 grams the charge is £14, for between 750 grams and 1 kg the charge is £15.30, for between 1 kg and 1.25 kg the charge is £16.35, for between 1.25 kg and 1.5 kg the charge is £17.75, for between 1.5 kg and 1.75 kg the charge is £18.25 and for between 1.75 kg and 2 kg the charge is £19.45. For orders between 2 and 3 kg using other delivery services the charge is £25.55.

To North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia in Royal Mail’s World Zone 1, for up to 500 grams the charge is £15.35, for between 500 grams and 750 grams the charge is £17.45, for between 750 grams and 1 kg the charge is £20, for between 1 kg and 1.25 kg the charge is £21.35, for between 1.25 kg and 1.5 kg the charge is £22.95, for between 1.5 kg and 1.75 kg the charge is £23.95 and for between 1.75 kg and 2 kg the charge is £25.55.

To Australia and New Zealand and other countries in the geographical region in Royal Mail’s World Zone 2, for up to 500 grams the charge is £15.35, for between 500 grams and 750 grams the charge is £17.45, for between 750 grams and 1 kg the charge is £20, for between 1 kg and 1.25 kg the charge is £21.35, for between 1.25 kg and 1.5 kg the charge is £22.95, for between 1.5 kg and 1.75 kg the charge is £23.95 and for between 1.75 kg and 2 kg the charge is £25.55.

For international orders below £200, at times an extra £0.75 charge will be applied for both a parcel box and packaging for large or bulky orders including shoes.

6. Delivery tracking

6.1    Delivery tracking or a signed for service (for orders below £50) is available in respect of all orders for our products.

6.2    To track your delivery, enter your tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been dispatched, into our tracking service, Track Your Order and also on the bottom of each webpage. A tracking button is also available on customers order history pages in your Trillion Peak account.

7. Receipt and signature

7.1    Deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.

8. Additional deliveries

8.1    If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our delivery service provider will make no more attempts without you contacting them to re-arrange delivery of the products in your order.

9. Collection

9.1    If your products remain undelivered despite our delivery service provider making an attempt to deliver them, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products including a time limit for collection or to arrange a re-delivery.

10. Delivery problems

10.1  If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website or otherwise notify to you.

10.2  If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).

10.3  An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

(a)    you provided the wrong address for delivery;

(b)    there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;

(c)    the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;

(d)    the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;

(e)    if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or

(f)     if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.
